Shipping Options

We provide the following shipping options for all orders within India:

1. Free Shipping (Pan India)

Cost: Free shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹500 or more.

2. Standard Shipping (Orders Below ₹500)

Cost: ₹100 flat shipping fee for orders under ₹500.
Delivery Timeline: Standard deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Note: These timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics delays or external conditions.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS, along with a tracking number. During peak seasons or public holidays, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

At present, VTMS ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping via our website. For inquiries related to international deliveries, please contact our support team for guidance.

Order Tracking

To track your shipment, use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or SMS. You can also enter it on the Order Tracking page on our website to view your order status and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed significantly or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Our team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue at the earliest.
