2. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, India Post, SafeExpress and other dedicated delivery partners.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Free Shipping:

Items marked with “Free Shipping” are only valid for domestic (India) shipments. For oversized or heavy items (e.g., 20L carboys), shipping charges may apply. In such cases, a customer service executive will contact you with an updated quote.

3. Payment Issues

If payment has been successfully deducted but you have not received an order ID or confirmation email:
This may be due to a disrupted link while redirecting from your bank.

Our team will verify the payment through backup channels and share your receipt and order confirmation shortly.

4. International Orders

Interested in ordering from outside India?
We ship worldwide! For international orders:

5. Tracking Orders

  • A shipping confirmation email (with tracking link) will be sent once your order is dispatched.

6. Package Signature Requirement

For safety and accountability, all orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that:

  • The package is not left unattended.
  • You receive your products in good condition and in a timely manner.

  • Missing or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • This does not apply to back-ordered or pre-ordered items.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
